HI Stacy...

Your foods sounds delish, however, where can I find the recipe for

"Chicken Cordon Bleu Cassedrole"?  I am also curious as to names I don't recognize...what is 'chike' and 'saag'....

Hugs, alese

Thanks!

Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole I just kind of invented.  I think I posted the recipe on here a while back -- I'll look for it.

Chike is a coffee protein shake that is amazing!!! I buy it from Amazon :)

Saag, I believe is an Indian dish

I've listed the ingredients below.  Here are the steps:

1) preheat oven to 350

2) poach chicken (or use rotiserie or leftover cooked chicken)

3) saute garlic, onions and ham

4) mix everything together (except the cheese)

5) dice cheese and put it on top

6) bake for about 20 mins

1 large diced onions

2-3 cloves of garlic diced

Thx Tricia...

I had no clue and would have never guessed.  Curried sounds spicy, which my taste buds have never liked....Spinach is good but I suppose I'll pass and the same with Chike...I am just a simple gal...

Thx again, alese
