Maintenance?
You have a chart?, I'm still writing it down with pen & paper in my data planner! LOL, really congrats on making it to maintenance, hope to be there myself next year.

ey I am your wt at start and I am just NOT moving past 216 I go to 214 then up then down but not below 215 my body is like I am good right here so I am thinking I need to change food , I eat usually
B_ boiled egg 1 stringcheese and 6 triscuits
S- jerky
L- leftover protein
S-Yogurt and almonds
D- protein veggie
S- SF popsicles sometime popcorn rare
Water Vitamins I am rally good and my 2 liters of water walk 1 mile every morn started curves and definetly gained muscle
Any suggestions also doing 1 r follow up will ask nutrition but I would love any idas
