I worked out today during lunch time -- this is crazy to me. My new job is at Sears and we have a huge corporate campus with a great gym. I did a step class and an ab class -- amazing. I am seriously in shock a bit. Now It's almost one and I have a bit of a rush from the workout. My day will fly by. Only negative is I will have to deal with traffic. Yesterday I worked out after work and got home much quicker. Onto the food!

E - walked this morning (body just wasn't up for a run. not sure why). Am getting ready to go on a bike ride w/ the kids. This won't really constitute as exercise because my son still uses training wheels and is slow and my daughter is walking the dog. but it will be activity, anyway.

B- Jimmy dean turkey sausage patty (1.5oz)
L- 3-4 chicken nuggests from chic-fil-a (they are very very small, but very filling for $1.65 after taxes )
S-protein shake (homemade: ice, 1 scoop 360 protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/3 cup of unsweet almond low cal milk, 6g of unsweet coco powder)
D- 1-2oz of rotisserie chicken from walmart (if I have enough room)
