Happy Saturday everyone. I'm at my parents using my mom's PC at her treadmill desk. It is pretty sweet -- getting in some steps while I fool around online:)
What's on the menu?

I hit 171 today. that's 9 pounds below goal so it time to start adding calories back. I'm following Frisco's suggestion to add 100 calories a day for a wee****il weight loss stops. I couldn't decide how to do it. I really can't eat more per meal, and don't really want to add higher calorie foods or snacks, either, so I'm adding a small meal between breakfast and lunch for now. It'll be mostly veggies with 100 cal limit, but we'll see how it goes. This makes me so nervous. I know how to lose weight. I don't know how to maintain it.

Lunch - cheeseburger quiche
Dinner - tomato basil chicken fillets and mashed cauliflower

It's this recipe, more or less. I added garbanzo beans for extra protein as well as extra chicken and feta. It's a pretty flexible recipe!
