Okay...the stall has got to break..SERIOUSLY!! A pound in two weeks....AAHHH. In other happy news....wearing jean capris size 20 that a month ago were so tight I couldn't wear them and they are Baggie today!!!

S: less than 1/4 cup egg salad with light mayo
D. Trying homemade taco meat tonight with refried beans and melted cheese...wish me luck.

1: greek chicken salad
2: frankenshake (I wanted to make sure I got my solids in way before yoga, so I switched my meals 1 and 2 for today.)
3: greek chicken salad I realized I had fresh salsa from my parents' local farm stand in the fridge. So this meal consisted of 6 tostitoes scoops packed with as much salsa as I could fit into each. YUM.
4: slow cooker red wine braised short ribs w/ roasted tomato, zucchini and smoked cheese casserole
