Babies take need a lot of attention -- the time is flying (although last night it was DRAGGING!)

E - probably not.  I might do some yoga, but between helping my sister, working and trying to get a little sleep there is not much time

I can. You can't. When you get down to within 5% of 10% body fat you can drink beer no matter how much extra skin you have. When you are 2 years out we can talk. And I said want not gonna get. Stay the course.

I have let emotions and the MONTHLY BEAST get to me today. I freaking SUCK!!! I need to get back on some kind of a plan for real.
