Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
I buy mine from Amazon. It is expensive but I only use half servings, otherwise the calories and carbs are too high. And so I get 28 servings from a tub, not 14. Much more reasonable.
For my shakes I add in instant coffee granules, Torani SF syrup, etc. to make up the flavor since I'm only using 1 scoop of the powder. So, my shake this morning was:
8 oz. carbmaster milk, 1 scoop Chike (their "servings" are 2 scoops), 2 tsp. instant espresso, 1 pump Torani SF hazelnut syrup. Numbers: 125 calories, 8 carbs, 21 grams protein.
B: Chocolate Premier protein shake, coffee, 1T half and half
L: 2oz albacore tuna, .5T mayo, chopped onion, T steamed zuccini, 1 saltine cracker
S: 5 cherries, 1T Hope Organic Thai Coconut Curry Hummus, 2" peeled cucumber, sliced
D: Broiled chicken thigh, .16c steamed zuccini, .16c carmelized onion
S: 3oz 2% cottage cheese, 2oz diced fresh peach
E: 60 mins water aerobics
W: On track
V: Almost done
Breakfast - salmon and cucumber in yogurt sauce
Lunch - crustless cheeseburger quiche -inspired by Ms. Shell
Dinner - greek chicken with kalamata olives and tomatoes
vitamins - good
water - needs work
exercise - may skip today - meeting this AM, teaching this PM, and WLS support group tonight. busy day!

L - Indian takeout. I tasted a couple bites each of vegetable korma and saag paneer and ate 2 oz of chicken tikka masala w/ no rice. At this rate, I have 4 meals worth of leftovers! ha

S - ? if I have something it will be grilled chicken or London broil. Depends on if I feel like I need something and need to bump protein.
E - will be dancing

Although my current batch has more chicken, extra feta, and garbanzo beans all for extra protein. Sadly I'll never be able to fini**** before it gets too old, but I love the stuff a lot :D
