I made the ground beef last week... do you use a crock pot? (I didn't click the link) it was very good, hubby loved it! I am getting more into cooking thankfully, for awhile I was kind of in a rut.
The recipe I used was a skillet recipe and it was really delicious! I love simple curry recipes. The guys can have rice, and I can just have curry. I love cooking and whenever you have an non-standard diet it's a really necessary skill, eh?

Vitamins - yup
Exercise - 25 minutes aerobics this morning, planning on light weights or pilates in the evening.
My recipe:
4 oz. water + 4 oz. carbmaster milk - heat in a ceramic mug in the microwave for about 1:45
Pour liquid mixture into blender cup (I use an immersion blender, obviously you can mix this however you want)
Add in: 1 packet HealthSmart protein hot chocolate (love this stuff - you can mix it with liquids any heat up to boiling, none of this checking with a food thermometer to make sure it is under 130 degrees); 1 dropper Chocolate Sweet Drops (you could also use SF Torani chocolate syrup or unsweetened cocoa powder), 2 tsp instant espresso, 1 1/2 pumps SF Torani gingerbread syrup.
Blend, pour back into hot ceramic mug. Top with a dollop of fat free whipped cream. Numbers: 120 calories, 7 carbs, 21 grams protein.
This is where I buy the hot chocolate:

They also have different flavors of hot chocolate and cappuccino from the same brand. I tend to stick with the plain/classic flavors and use my own ingredients to bump up and change the flavors.
