What's on the menu today? 

B - chike

L - crustless quiche & sweet potato

S - veggie burger salad

D - turkey burger & brussel sprouts

S - greek yogurt & blueberries (seriously!)

E - run & yoga -- might skip the yoga and just run outside

W - on track

V - soon

I'm sick and struggling with a cold/flu. Sitting in court sweating out a fever is not fun. 

 

B- honestly none and I always eat breakfast just couldn't stomach anything but powerade zero.

L - p3 protein pack. 

D- Thai chili shrimp skewers with brocoli is the plan but we'll see if I'm able to stomach it. 

 

Im im determined to just drink tons of fluids and get sleeps

Happy Friday to everyone.  Had a good post holiday week. I got right back into the groove.

X - a good butt kicking by my PT tonight.  Then hit the gym pool to cool off.  It's REALLY hot here in Seattle. :)

breakfast - salmon

lunch - crustless cheeseburger quiche - its even better the second day - yum. and cucumbers in yogurt sauce.

dinner - chicken and broccoli - should fini**** off.  I'll make greek chicken with kalamata olives tomorrow! yum

vitamins - like clockwork!

water - good

exercise - done.

I got home from PA today.  Yay!  This trip was infinitely better than the last one.  

1: frankenshake
2: gyro meat from a gyro! (I had lunch with my mom and her co-workers at her office before heading home.)
3: greek chicken salad
4: CRISPY SHREDDED BEEF
