Yay!  1.5 more weeks to finish up my current job :)  My sister is still in labor -- I hope the baby comes soon.  Her spirits are still good, but it is taking a while.

Surgery was three weeks ago today! Feeling great!

B: shake, Choc and instant decaf coffee

S: 1/2 Greek yogurt

L: rest of yogurt

S: deli ham roll up (1.8 oz)

D: meatball (1.3 oz From scratch...YUM)

W: good

V: 1/2 way

E: walk tonight

Happy Wednesday, everyone.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken and broccoli au gratin

Dinner - Don't know - I still haven't cooked, so its salmon or chicken and brocc again!

vitamins - done

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - but not too long - My body doesn't like doing it in this heat!

I'm going to try some of that cheeseburger quiche!  boy, that sounds sooo good.

S - there's dilly bars screaming at me in the freezer, but I will probably have some hot chocolate w/protein powder

E - walked a mile on break and will walk with kids to the library later too

Happy HUMP day!!!

B: greek yogurt with blackberries & nuts

S: watermelon/cucumber ... don't know how that combo came about...but it kept me out of the popcorn at the theater with the kiddos!!!  SUCCESS!!!

L: Grilled chicken/romaine

S; Sauteed zucchini... THANK YOU FRISCO!!!!  ordered the GEFU and got it today!!! Terrific!

D: zucchini baked thanks to KEITH!!!!! with flank steak

Exercise:  on the way upstairs to do 45 minutes on arc trainer!!!
