B: chike coffee shake

L: made 1/4 cup Refried beans with a sprinkle of cheese and sc. Only ate a little over half 

S: half of Greek yogurt

E: hope to walk after dinner

I'm back home!  And 3 days ice cream free -- hoping to get to 4 days!  Being home alone at night is going to be hard, but I can do it!  

B - chike

S - string cheese, airplane peanuts, greek yogurt (long travel morning)

L - chicken cordon blue casserole & brussel sprouts

S - nothing or maybe something

D - prob chicken cordon blue casserole & brussel sprouts -- I need to go shopping! (can go to Costco now that I am no longer a road warrior!)

S - protein ice cream

E - spinning & maybe yoga

W - check

V - soon

Well after my great weekend and all of the junk I ate, I gained 3 pounds!  I'm sure it was the alcohol.   But I'm back on track

B - pepperoni and cheese

L - Greek yogurt (trying yogurt again after 3 months)

S - watermelon

D - general tso chicken (own recipe)

W - good

V - good

E - did hour cardio (running, elliptical,  and walking)

I've been SO hungry the past couple of days.  I know it's hormonal cravings but it's sucked.  I've incorporated a snack for days like these so I can plan for it and stay on plan!

S: 1/2 cup of Cabbage

L: Premiere Shake

S: 3 oz tuna with slice of tomato

D: Flank steak with grilled peppers & green beans

 Water 9/12

Vitamins: done!
