I'm back home! And 3 days ice cream free -- hoping to get to 4 days! Being home alone at night is going to be hard, but I can do it!

L - chicken cordon blue casserole & brussel sprouts
S - nothing or maybe something
D - prob chicken cordon blue casserole & brussel sprouts -- I need to go shopping! (can go to Costco now that I am no longer a road warrior!)

E - spinning & maybe yoga

Well after my great weekend and all of the junk I ate, I gained 3 pounds! I'm sure it was the alcohol. But I'm back on track

L - Greek yogurt (trying yogurt again after 3 months)

D - general tso chicken (own recipe)

E - did hour cardio (running, elliptical, and walking)
B - Protein Shake (pre-workout) / Rice Cake/PB/Banana (post-workout)

L - Crack Slaw
S - Greek Yogurt/Blueberries/Almonds(needed an extra snack to curb carb cravings)
D - Not sure wife is supposed to cook which probably means we will go out so Chicken Wings and salad

E - 1 Hr Orange Theory
B - Egg, roast beef, and cottage cheese scramble
L - protein bar
S - turkey breast
D - mexican stuffed pepper

I've been SO hungry the past couple of days. I know it's hormonal cravings but it's sucked. I've incorporated a snack for days like these so I can plan for it and stay on plan!
