Sorry to hear that you're upset, Gwen. I agree with Stacey that they might not know what to say, or may feel awkward discussing it. Or, maybe they just think it's unspoken and you're tired of hearing it? Who knows, but you are doing great. Today has been relaxing, I had brunch with a friend, got some work done at the library, and now my hubby is home so we are just hanging out. I probably need to do some laundry after dinner.
B- turkey sausage and cheddar omelette (brought home some leftovers... should last awhile)
S- mixed berry smoothie from QT with 20 g of protein added in
L- 2 chicken mcnuggets (left over from yesterdays lunch)
D-chocolate monkey pancakes
S-greek yogurt w/ blueberries... maybe something else if I am hungry

Gwen maybe they didn't know what to say or how to say it... or maybe they figured you hear it all the time.... either way it sux... Today I wore I very very flattering dress to work and not 1 person said a word and I know it made me look thinner so ....idk

S: 2 gel cups of strawberry sf jello + 2T sf whipped cream
D: 3.5oz grilled pork chops
S: 1c watermelon, 3oz 2% cottage cheese
E: Rest day
V: almost done
W: slow, but getting there
One of my close friends has a farm with a small herd of rescued goats. I borrowed three of them this weekend to clear out the brush in my back yard, just as a fun thing to try. So here are a couple of photos of the goats in the car, and the goats in the yard. They've been a hoot, and they'll go back home tomorrow :)
How awesome! My local farmer (where I get meat from) rents out goats for the same purpose to local businesses. It's pretty awesome :D

Spent the day traveling about an hour a way to spend time at a state park w/ my stepdaughter and her two girls. It was a birthday celebration. Had a GREAT time and stayed away from cupcakes, chips, bread, and potato salad. The only bad part of the day was the dog getting carsick....and had apparently been in the litter box prior to that. Millions of gags!!!!
