Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!
I haven't thought a lot about food today. I think I'll be going to play trivia tonight with my bff and her mom who is in town and I'm not 100% sure what I'll get at the venue. I assume my 4th meal will be a froyo protein popsicle. But I might have sushi. We'll see.
1: frankenshake
2: almond croissant - I ordered these from the local baker for my parents' visit and then everything changed and P had to pick them up on his own and I've been looking forward to it ALL WEEK. So I ate it today. Consequences be damned. It was delicious, but not a rewarding meal.. I feel much better after a "normal" meal these days.
3: Chevys
4: froyo protein popsicle or sushi. Probably the pop
water and vites: good on water, vites for the second half of the day
exercise: rest day?

The holiday weekend is almost here. I am off tomorrow and Monday for a much needed 4 day weekend.
Heading to the Lake house and actually looking forward to being there. This is the first year I feel like I can join in on the activities and not be a spectator! I'll have to plan my food carefully. I know I will eat some things not on my plan and that is ok. With this wonderful sleeve, I can not get to far down the path before I am full. :)
B - GY with granola
S - egg beaters
L - turkey and salad
S - salami and cheese
D - protein shake
W - on track
V - on track
X - strength training with PT.
Its Thursday, but it feels like Friday! Happy 4th of July weekend, everyone.
Breakfast - chicken Florentine
Lunch - hamburger with cheddar cheese and broccoli slaw salad
Dinner - chicken and broccoli casserole, unless I give into lazy and eat out...
vitamins - on schedule
water - ok - I'll get going on this.
exercise - soon - off to the recumbent bike

OMG - I'm headed home from my last business trip (barring them forcing me out again next week!!) wohoo!
B - chike
S - greek yogurt & blueberries
L - panang chicken
S - frozen latte & chipotle (yeah weird i know -- plane diversion)
D - chicken cordon blue & brussel sprouts
S - protein ice cream
E - none -- 2 days in a row. Lots of travel and stress, tomorrow I should be able to kayak at my parents :)
W - check
V - check
I almost fell into ice cream at the airport, but went for the latte & chipotle for the plane instead. I feel super good about the decision. My amex is going away and I almost used that to justify expensing lots of junk food -- why?
Worked late last night, and got a late start on the day, so I think I'm a little lighter on the calories than usual.
B: Premier chocolate shake
L: Turkey Snack Stick (grab and go--needed some protein on the run)
S: about half an egg's worth of egg salad on a bed of lettuce
D: 2oz grilled ribeye
S: 4oz cottage cheese, 2oz diced peaches, 4oz watermelon
E: Agility training for an hour with Hero
W: Good
V: Only getting in 1000mg of calcium today; still haven't bought the iron my surgeon recommended the other day. need to get on the stick.
But guess what? My body fat percent dropped below 50% for the first time in forever. NSV!
