Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  45 min treadmill followed by hip hop class

Breakfast - chicken Florentine

lunch - seasoned hamburger with cheddar cheese and zucchini in basil cream sauce

Dinner - harvest chicken salad

vitamins - done

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - half done - I didn't have the energy to finish.  Maybe more later.
