Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!
I'm 2 years post-op and boy I seem to eat more than most.... But also work out at the gym 5-6 days week
B- 2 eggs, 1 small banana, PB2, 2 pc low sodium bacon (egg,banana low carb pan cake), coffee
S-Deli-ham, cheese stick, coffee
L- Turkey chili (homemade), mini pepper w hummus, low fat cheese-its, 4 thin mint GS cookies :(
S-Sweet N salty peanut mix, skinny cow chocolate, coffee
D- ?protein shake?, coffee
V- NONE
E-Gym 1 hour elliptical
W- always more needed (COFFEE)
