Man, yesterday was good until I got to dinnertime. I foolishly lost track of time in the afternoon, and failed to cook and eat dinner before water aerobics at 6pm. So I got home and decided to cook. The second error was that I decided to cook three things instead of just something for my immediate needs. I made some egg salad, then grilled chicken tenders that I had marinated all afternoon, then also tried a new recipe for Spicy Turkey and Zuccini Burgers. So it was past 9pm by the time I sat down to dinner. I ate too fast, something got stuck, and I was miserable for about an hour and a half until it finally unstuck. This was the worst this sort of thing has ever been :/, and it meant I couldn't meet my protein goals yesterday.

So today I am trying to get a head start, and so far, so good.

B: Premier chocolate shake
Early lunch: Small salad (carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, tomato) and 2 eggs + scallions + mayo
S: .5 gala apple, .5T almond butter, 4oz watermelon
D: 1-2oz grilled chicken tenders, 1 spicy turkey and zuccini burger (really it's more a meatball), and 1T tzatziki
S: 4oz cottage chees + 1oz diced peaches

W: Good--11oz protein shake + 2c coffee + 40oz water
E: 2m walk with girls
V: only one more multi and two more calcium to go
