I've did 2... 5 minute walks on the tread mill....trying to get my time built up. Cant wait til I can start doing my PT exercises again. I will do a couple more and try to increase by a couple of minutes before the day is over.
Normally Monday means yoga and then cardio on the treadmill, but I'm out of town and not quite prepared to do yoga on my own at this point in life. My mom asked if I wanted to take a walk with her this evening and that seems superior to figuring out her treadmill, so I'll be doing that. Yesterday our walk was 54 minutes and 2.34 miles, so I assume tonight's walk will be similar. And it's pretty hilly here, so I'm sure my legs are benefitting from that!
