I ran 6 miles (55:17) and did an hour of vinyasa yoga.

Yep! I am on week 3 of couch to 5k so I did that, a 30 min Jillian michaels incline walk on the treadmill and I just mowed the lawn for the last 1.5 hours. I am beat!

I ran 7 miles and came home and worked in the yard for about 20 minutes.

I like this thread idea! I ran for 40 minutes today. Gym was really hot as the air conditioner was out, so I ran slower than normal but I still ran!
