early morning snack: Chike hazelnut mocha shake, black coffee
breakfast: oat bran hot cereal with carob powder & PB2
lunch: Chobani simply 100 peach Greek yogurt
afternoon snacks: elk jerky, protein orange amaretto hot chocolate
dinner: Fisherman's eggs, roast brussels sprouts
after dinner snack: fresh cherries
water & vitamins: on track
exercise: nope
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - chicken in tomato basil sauce
Dinner - crock pot balsamic Chicken
vitamins - on schedule
water - good
exercise - soon - procrastinating by doing this (smile)

I am! The refried beans the past two days have worked well, so I'm moving on to smooshy stuff. I have my followup tomorrow about this issue, so I figure I need to at least try something solid to see if the problem is fixed, right?
I think, and I'm knocking on wood as I type this, that the anti-spasmodic + diet regression did the trick because I've been doing okay. But we shall see tomorrow!

I'm tired too! Blah. I have this stinky cold that is just sticking around. I might take a nap, but am for sure going to take it easy.
I have been fighting cravings hard today. I am working the steps in OA and have been successful so far at staying away from the junk, but it is hard today. One day at a time!
