Please don't give up! You have done so well and accomplished so much! Look at your stats...100 pounds! You've lost 100 pounds, that is seriously amazing and wonderful and inspiring. You INSPIRE me!! I think Carol's tips might be useful for you. I watch what you and Carol are doing because I'm starting out in a similar position. I look up to what you guys have accomplished. You've come so far, keep plugging away Cajunlady, you can do it!
First day off purees!
B: Vanilla protein powder mixed with water
S: 1/4 small Haas avocado, 2 tsp. refried beans
L: Banana nut protein powder mixed with water
S: vitamins
D: chickpea 'omelette' with 1tbsp. refried beans, 2tsp mashed avocado
I've got in about half my water, need to step up on the rest of it.
I am finished with liquids. YAY. So far the soft stuff seems to be sitting well, for which I am grateful, although my restriction has really taken a beating. I'm looking forward to seeing the surgeon on Friday and deciding what to do next, if anything.
