Yay for Wednesday! I'm still not feeling well. I'm really struggling with addiction to working out. I planned to take it easy yesterday, but ended up doing an ab class, a zumba class (my first ever) and a yoga class. My legs are really struggling to recover. I think it is from the very hard running this weekend and my reduced carb intake. Today I am planning on just doing a yoga class to hopefully get some recovery. I also have a massage scheduled for tomorrow, so that should help.
B - chike
L - crustless quiche & sweet potatoe
S - greek yogurt & protein powder
D - turkey burger & brussel sprouts
S - cottage cheese & blackberries
E - yoga
W - check
V - soon
I also have a massage tomorrow! What a coincidence.

Don't give up, cajunlady,
Your start weight was similar to mine, and I know how that feels. I want you to have every success.
Have you tried cutting carbs very low? Carbs cause serious cravings for me, so I keep mine under 25 most of the time. If I eat carbs, its all over - the cravings win every time.
best of luck,
Carol

Are you tracking your food with something like My Fitness Pal and weighing/measuring everything? That's what I would do if I was in the same position.
