I am having a good day as well. I am not feeling super great and have been fighting a cold for more than a week now. I was going to run 10 miles today, but am forcing myself to take it easy. There is a yoga class I'm going to hit up tonight, but aside from that I need to chill.

Went to group last night and had a chance to speak with the hospital bariatric nutritionist about my stall, and she suggested that I amp up my protein, so this week, I am aiming for 90g of protein a day under 800 calories, and as few carbs as possible without cutting them altogether. So, today's menu is:
B: Premier protein shake, coffee with 1tsp half and half
L: 3.5oz tuna, 1T mayo, 1oz chopped onion, 1oz chopped cucumber
S: Lite string cheese stick
D: 3oz grilled chicken tenders, 1T tzatziki, .33c cauliflower mash
S: 4oz cottage cheese, 1oz diced peaches
V: on track
W: half done already
E: 2m walk
1: frankenshake
2: soup
3: soup
4: protein shake
water and vites: on track for water, on track with vitamins too! My water yesterday ROCKED. Bes****er day yet I think.
exercise: 60 minutes yoga, I skipped pilates today since my stomach was feeling a bit wonky
