I'm going to be bored to tears as I'm at somone else's desk with NO music and NO people...quiet as f*ck!!  I'm doing Meatless Monday since I was told I can have eggs...woot woot

Whine whine liquids whine.  

1: frankenshake

water and vites: Great on the water. I feel like I should start taking my vites again today. I had some side stitches at the gym and I'm sure vitamins will help there.
exercise: 1 hour yoga, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.05 miles. SO CLOSE to 5k!

My stomach is doing a Weird Thing.  I saw my surgeon on Friday and he wanted me to revert my diet back to liquids for 3 days, pureed for 3 days, and then softs for 3 days as well as taking an anti-spasmodic to try to get things sorted out.  He thinks that I might have just eaten something that caused my stomach to swell and clench, but if this plan doesn't work, we'll do an x-ray and perhaps an endoscopy.

I know you just started back on liquids this weekend but have you noticed a difference at all with your stomach?
