D: going out tonight to one of my favorite new restaurants. I just went there on Tuesday with Kairk and had an amazing small plate experience. Going to take a friend there tonight. I am not sure what I will order, but it will be some form of fattier protein and veggies.
Will probably have a glass of wine.
I tried some of that jalapeno cream cheese the other day - DELISH!
B - 1 egg, 4 small strawberries, protein shake on way to work
S - 1 Wasa cracker with 2 T. peanut butter
L - 1 c. crack slaw
S - yogurt w/chia seeds
D - shrimp ****tail

Exercise: resistance band leg day at the gym. I don't usually look forward to it but it will seem like a breeze compared to yesterday's smack down in kickboxing class!
Biked with the slooowwwww group last night. Coasted on most of the flat, braked on the down hill, and verachieved on the hills. :) Left them in the dust and waited at the top. 28.82 miles!!
I need to step up to the next level next week.
I am a bit hungrier than usual this morning. Maybe it's due to the 1000+ calorie / 3 hour bike ride last night.

Pre work out 1/2 protein drink, post the other 1/2.

Hey Ms. Shell, I just wanted to pop in this thread to say HI. I probably wont be posting on this thread for a while ... not because I am eating myself to obilivion, but I just don't feel like posting my food. But just so no one thinks I'm eating cupcakes and chips, I didnt eat breakfast today but I ate turkey meatloaf and a salad with my own dressing for lunch. My tummy has been topsy turvy from some sugar free crap I ate 2 days ago so I'm just not in the mood to post food when I feel like hammered sh**.
Anyhoodie, I still love to see you on this thread. Sounds like you are doing well. Take care gorgeous!!!

Breakfast - salmon - yum. I finally got to the food store for my all-time-favorite - salmon
Lunch - harvest chicken salad and a little slaw
dinner - crock pot chicken in salsa verde - I made this yesterday and just had a taste. It was so good. - I can't wait to have a meal of it.

water - not great. I better get going
exercise - off to the recumbent bike soon
