Exercise - recumbent bike - done
I'm still stalled after three weeks - I'm beginning to think I transitioned to maintenance without even trying! sigh!
This too shall pass!

It is sooooooo hot today so I've 9 by got 1/2 my exercise in only 2 miles bit I'm hoping it will cool down and I'll go back out and do another 2 miles...whewwwwwwww I went through almost 30 oz bottle just on a 2 mile speed walk it was so hot...

Lunch was a bad choice I know but I was tired and cranky and sweaty so ...... I won't be doing crackers again
