A deliciously easy recipe with ground beef, cabbage, green onions and some ginger, garlic, siracchi, etc.  Here's a link to the Food.com recipe for it:

Personally, I don't put any Splenda in it.  But I think they mean those individual packets like you'd put in a glass of iced tea.

While I have generally had a very productive day -- I had to scold myself about my food choices after downing a piece of carrot cake this afternoon.  I let myself get a bit swept up in everything here.  Just because the cake is there and they serve it to me doesn't mean I have to eat it!

B - yogurt, muesli, and a mini chocolate croissant (first poor choice)

S - chike, latte (second poor choice)

L - feta cheese, olives, salad & mini strawberry shortcake (third poor choice!)

S - carrot cake (forth poor choice -- alarm bells go off!!)

D - protein & veg in the sunshine -- my last night in Sweden.  yes I made poor choices, but I'm not going to wallow in my hotel room

E - yoga (have a cold and don't want to punish myself)

W - yes, yes, yes!!!

V - check
