I love that you have a splurge built in to your lifestyle.
1: betaine hcl + leftover manti (Split into two meals - before and after work out. Not sure why I did this, normally I have a shake for meal #1, but I really wanted solid food this morning.)
2: frankenshake + 1.1 ounce popcorners
3: eggs to order w/ parmesan hash brown cups w/ dill (P will be working late, but I didn't have enough notice to switch tonight's dinner to a fish meal. Sad times.)
4: froyo protein popsicle
water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga, 60 minutes pilates

D: 2.7oz chicken patty and a couple slices of cucumber and a little tomato with tzatziki sauce
S: 3oz watermelon + 2oz cottage cheese + 1oz diced peaches

I'm having an off day for isn't sitting well water isn't either and I'm very very tired hot and cranky lol. .. tomorrow is a new day... I'm off so it will be a sit by the pool rest relax and just spend the day with my hubby :-)
