Here let me slip on my Popeyes slippers since it's TUESDAY!!!! I was GREAT yesterday at the Dodger game WHY because I love my "cheat" day of popeyes!!
B: Veggie/Fruit Smoothie
S: Almond Milk mixed with CarbMaster (think GoGurt)
L: Tuna Salad; Celery
S: Eggs
D: Popeyes Leg & Thigh; Jalapenos
Water: 4/12
Vitamins: Yup

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!
Alot of folks take their favorite premade protein and use it as "creamer" in their coffee thus making "protein coffee."
You can also use protein powder and mix it until a thick liquid and SLOWLY add warm coffee into the protein. This method takes practice because if the coffee is to hot the protein can curdle.
B - Protein Shake (pre-workout) / Brown Rice Cake w/Peanut Butter and Banana slices (post-workout) and a Quest Bar
L - Chicken Breast with SuperFood Salad mix (kale/cabbage/broccoli/etc), pumpkin seeds, almonds and ginger dressing
S - Greek Yogurt
D - Not sure depends where my client wants to go but it will be protein and vegg
S - Casein Protein Shake before bed
W - over half way
V - nah
E - Oh yeah baby - 1 hour first thing this AM
Breakfast - Chicken Lazone and zucchini in basil cream sauce
Lunch - ground beef and cabbage casserole
Dinner - harvest chicken salad

Today's menu is very similar to yesterdays. I need to shop and cook again soon. Probably tomorrow.

Today, I ate with my Swedish colleagues. They are all thin and eat all the time. But all of the food was relatively natural. The breads were full of nuts and seeds ( I still avoided those). But lots of full fat dairy! All low sugar low. I think they know so,etching most Americans don't.

A classmate of my daughter's (16 yo) was killed in a car accident on Friday and the funeral is this afternoon so I'm not sure what that means as far as exercise goes. We'll see how it plays out.
Tuesday is my least favorite day of the week. Monday you're back at work well-rested from the weekend, Wednesday the week is 1/2 over, but Tuesday? It's just that inbetween day! lol
