Happy Sunday everyone! It was nice to be home this weekend, but I'm heading back out again this afternoon. I have a LONG flight to Frankfurt tonight and then a short flight to Gothenburg Sweden tomorrow morning. I have a cooler packed up w/ fresh shrimp spring rolls, pb2 sauce, greek yogurt (hopefully security doesn't snatch it), blueberries & string cheese. I'm hoping I can get some sleep on the plane and not turn into a carb monster. I made sure to get a good workout this morning as I'll be sitting for so long.

Happy Father's day to the Dad's out there! This is pretty much a repeat of yesterday, as I have this big ol pot of pork Chile Verde. HAPPY to report my 3+ week stall has officially broke! Yesterday I saw a 1 lb loss, and today another 1.5 lb! WOOO HOOO!!
B - Protein shake (Isopure zero carb vanilla and Click mocho espresso)
L - Home made crock pot pork chile verde (wrapped in a little green leaf lettuce) - Yummo!

Lunch - I finally finished the last serving of the greek chicken with kalamatta olives
dinner - either ham and green bean casserole or the ground beef and cabbage casserole - both are almost gone and need to be used up.
Tomorrow I shop and cook some new treats!

I've been able to eat a little more the last few days, which is a real relief. I really want to cut out my fourth evening meal, although I have a feeling it has helped my stomach settle through the night (I've been have a few ounces of cottage cheese and diced peaches). Will see how it goes starting tomorrow. So for today:
B: Chocolate Premier protein shake
L: 2.5oz tuna with mayo, onion, on .5 small tomato, plus 1c mixed fruit
D: 4oz grilled ribeye, grilled onion and asparagus (just a couple skinny stalks), .5 small tomato
E: 2-4oz cottage cheese + 1-2oz diced peaches
W: Going well
V: Almost done for the day--one more calcium dose
Meds: done except for nighttime PPI
Ex: Took the girls for a 2m walk before breakfast and the heat
Changing things up per dr's orders to try to get my cholesterol down. It's a little scary but I'm going to do my best:
Early morning snacks: Chike iced coffee with SF hazelnut syrup; black coffee
B: chocolate peanut butter hot oat bran cereal w/ sliced banana
L: sirloin romaine wrap
Afternoon snacks: 100 calorie pack of almonds and walnuts, sprinkled with cinnamon; protein valencia orange hot mocha
D: grilled cumin coconut chicken, roast broccoli florets w/ swiss cheese
After dinner snack: fresh strawberries with whipped cream
