Yay for your Friday!  Tomorrow is my Friday and I can't wait.  It will be super nice and relaxing for me.  Like a day off!  

1: frankenshake
2: betaine hcl + greek chicken salad
3: mustard crusted salmon with roasted asparagus
4: froyo protein popsicle

water and vites: on track!
exercise: 60 minutes pilates

breakfast - salmon and cucumber salad

Lunch - chicken thigh and roasted zucchini

Dinner - ground beef and cabbage casserole

vitamins - check

Exercise - later I'll hit the recumbent bike.

L: 2.5oz canned tuna with mayo, onion, and pepper, 1oz chopped tomato, .5oz cashew pieces

D: 2.9oz grilled salmon, grilled asparagus, summer squash, leek ramps

S: 2oz cottage cheese + 1oz diced peaches

Water: Getting there

Vits: Just about done

Ex: Walking the dogs 1.5 miles once it cools off a tad.
