Happy Friday to you. I am only working 1/2 day tomorrow. I have my 9 month follow-up appts with DR, Nut, and Physic. Hard to believe it's been 9 months! I wanted to be at 190 but as you all know, I have been fighting to break out of the 200's for a while now.
I am happy to report, today I am in Onderland! 199.6 to be exact! Thanks to everyone for your support and encouragement.

Happy Friday to you! I'm having a little mini gettaway today and tomorrow, so it is almost like an extra weekend for me. I do have to head to Sweden on Sunday for work. I am a bit nervous about the food choices while I'm gone and flying forever! but I'll make it work.
Today I'm in vegas, I got wicked tired last night, so ended up going to be earlish, I got up super early and hit the poker tables again. My schedule is out of wack and I was tired, but I still managed to get in a great workout this morning. I'm about to head back out on the town. I'm meeting up with some of Dr Sauceda's patients later today. He is the plastic surgeon that I came out here to see for an in person consult. My appt is tomorrow afternoon -- I'm super excited!!!!
