I saw my PCP today. While I was checking in she saw me standing at the window. She said,"You are skinny- no more weight loss! " Anyway, this is 3 lbs from my personal goal which I am sure I will reach. I cannot believe that I have reached this. I told her I thought she wanted me to weigh less. She said anymore and I would not look good. We'll see on that. Good day for me.
