B: chocolate premier shake + 2T benefiber + 17g miralax (which finally worked!!!)

L: 2.5oz albacore mixed with mayo, onion, and pepper on 1.5 tomato, 1T almond butter + 1oz banana

D: 2.5oz grilled salmon and grilled onion, either grilled summer squash or brussels sprouts, 3oz watermelon

S: 4oz cottage cheese + 2oz diced peaches

Water: on track

Vits: on track

3: red wine-marinated, roasted beef tenderloin with herb-horseradish cream w/ sautéed radishes with bacon and rosemary - I'm super excited about this meal.
