Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!
My first time being put under heavy stress at work since surgery, I have a huge trial that is starting tomorrow, and I am trying to not revert to stress eating! So far so good.

I'm heading to the airport in a few minutes and going to VEGAS!! I'm going to play some poker and practice flirting.

Water - good - a Friend gave me a couple pounds of Haitian coffee, but its not decaf, so I am back on the caffeine. sigh. I drink a lot of coffee
Exercise - recumbent bike, here I come.

Vits-Good Water-Good Exercise-5:15 am boot camp class, will walk to park with my 3 year old son later. I burned 600 calories in 40 minutes this morning. We did 20 lunge jumps, ran up a steep hill, did 20 push-ups and ran back down. I did this 15 times in 40 minutes and I was passing people , last year at this time I would have only dreamed I’d be able to this and now I’m living and loving it!! Being lighter and fitter feels so amazing!
