Had a great weekend with friends!  Went to a Jazz Festival in Maryland and saw the O'Jays and Chaka Khan.  Anyway,  I ate to much junk but I'm back now.

I had a busy day, but Wanted to post my menu even this late.

Breakfast- salmon

Lunch - greek chicken with kalamatta olives

Dinner - green bean and ham casserole with cheese

7 days post-op.  Protein shakes are just so sweet…kind of yucky.  I could add V8 juice today (strained liquids now) so I thought I'd see how bad the Body Fortress Vanilla +V8 would be.  Still kind of sweet but the V8 is definitely good to "get back" another flavor other than chorale, vanilla or mixed with Crystal Light.  Try a shot glass of it and see for yourself…not bad, almost like a sweet tomato bisque.  At least it's different.
