3: cold pork roast w/ balsamic baked onions and potatoes
4: froyo protein popsicle
water and vites: on track!
exercise: 60 minutes yoga, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.88 miles! (I ran for 45 seconds for the first time ever. I thought I was going to die.)

I had a busy day, but Wanted to post my menu even this late.
Breakfast- salmon
Lunch - greek chicken with kalamatta olives
Dinner - green bean and ham casserole with cheese
water - good
vitamins - done
exercise - done

7 days post-op. Protein shakes are just so sweet…kind of yucky. I could add V8 juice today (strained liquids now) so I thought I'd see how bad the Body Fortress Vanilla +V8 would be. Still kind of sweet but the V8 is definitely good to "get back" another flavor other than chorale, vanilla or mixed with Crystal Light. Try a shot glass of it and see for yourself…not bad, almost like a sweet tomato bisque. At least it's different.
