I had a HOT weekend. 2 full days of agility trials with my dog in the heat.  I am "dog" tired this morning.

Operation Onderland continues......

I  thought after running all weekend I'd be in Onderland.  Saturday morning I was down to 200.2! Surely I could sweat off .3 lbs! Nope..... Got on the scale this morning and up 1 lbs to 201.2.  So close but yet so far.  I have my 9 month follow-up on Friday.  I have got to make it happen before then!

This onderland process is really testing my resolve.  In the past, I would have given up!  Not going to happen.  I did not go through all this to still have my weight start with a 2!

It's beautiful here in Chicago today.  We had a great weekend.  My mom came out to cheer me on at my race and it was a great visit.  My son's great grandmother is very very sick -- pneumonia at 97 is not a good thing.  So there is a bit of stress this week with that.  I just hope we can make her as comfortable as possible.

B - chike-- I did make the truenutrition java mocha shake first, but I ended up dumping it.  I am a creature of habit and my chike is just too good.  Amber -- if you PM me your address I will ship you the pack.  There are still 13 servings.  I'm not going to use it, so I'd love to see it go to someone that would.

L - crustless quiche & sweet potatoes

S - greek yogurt & blueberries

D - not sure -- crustless quiche, chicken cordon blue or homemade summer rolls & bacon brussel sprouts (this all depends on the situation w/ my son)

S - cottage cheese & blackberries

E - spinning & yoga

W - check

V - later

I realized I am so much a creature of habit with my diet.  I think it is a good thing.  I spend a lot less time thinking / dreaming of all the food that I'm going to eat.
