You Go Girl! I am always inspired by reading your posts, up or down; you give me such inspiration and hope for this journey we are on to healthy living. You have such joy in your smile, i am glad that your back pain is under control and you can get out and enjoy yourself. I wish I could visit with you again at the conference this year, but maybe next year.

Omg what a princess you are. You were pretty before, but the new smile and pictures shows how very happy you are. I'm happy that you met your man here. He is really good at his trade. I'm new on this site so I am just beginning to get my feet wet. Thanks for your inspiration.

Congrats on your success! Looking great! Thank you for sharing your story, I've found it helpful as I've began my journey. Back pain can be more disruptive and painful than the weight.
