Can I just copy and paste?  Seems like I eat about the same thing everyday.  Maybe I need to change things up to get into Onderland?  What do you think?

 

B - crustless quesh with coffee and creamer.  I really should cut this out!

D - 1/4 bison patty with broccoli

V - on track

W - on track

X - I could use a rest day but I might try the Body Combat class.
