Today is pretty much the same as yesterday, I think. I've got a lot of frozen meats to use up, and my grill is ready!

B: Chocolate Premier shake

L: Scrambled egg with a T mozarella, 1 turkey sausage link, cabbage/morels/onion

D: 3oz ribeye, 4 brussels sprouts, watermelon?

S: 4oz cottage cheese + 1/4c diced peaches

Water: 4/8

Happy Tuesday!  I get to go out to dinner w/ one of my best friends who is in town for work this week :) and I'm heading to Vegas tomorrow whoop whoop!

Wow. 8 miles.  Good for you.  I wish I could run. My knees are not that great so I am sticking with cycling for now.

I am hoping with more weight loss I might try the C25k at the end of the year.  Have fun in Vegas.
