Hot dayum, indeed! Finally feeling a little better, a little more energy, even though I woke up last night with some tummy tremors (gas? acid? idk!) around 5am.
B: Premium chocolate shake
L: 2oz grilled chicken tenders + 1t mayo + a little chopped onion
S: 4oz watermelon
D: 2-4oz grilled wild sockeye salmon + 1oz sauteed cabbage/morel mushrooms/onion
S: 4oz lowfat cottage cheese + 2oz diced peaches

Vits: working on them
Exercise: 60 mins pilates done
Thank goodness it's Friday. This has been quite the week from hell for me!
1: 1/3 frankenshake from yesterday (I didn't finish yesterday's shake, I'm having stomach issues that I think might be due to low stomach acid issues.)

exercise: tai chi, pilates, 64 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.82 miles! My best yet.

I've been hungry all day today. I had a snack of cheese and that's rare for me. Yet I'm still beating a path to the refrigerator every few minutes. Days like this are really hard.

dinner - thai chicken and roasted zucchini
water - over target at 75 ounces - I'm trying to satiate with tea... not too successfully
