Some folks have problems especially with steak well done, but trial and error is all you can do.

Congrats to you!!  

Yesterday was a Very Bad Day for me - I ended up in the ER due to vomit-inducing pain from passing yet another kidney stone.  But today has been great and I think the back pain that has been plaguing me for the last 4-5 weeks was actually kidney stone pain!  So woo!!

1: frankenshake + miralax
2: late lunch out with S, I think I'll get some delicious sushi tuna tataki and "sweet heart" roll
3: korean beef w/ green beans
4: froyo protein popsicle

water and vites: still feeling dehydrated from yesterday, so I need to really work on water today.
exercise: rest day - I think I earned it!

Great job on the half marathon, Ms. Shell.  You are an inspiration.

Breakfast - parmesan crusted chicken and broccoli slaw

Lunch - Thai chicken thighs and roasted zucchini

Dinner - hamburger and garlic Green beans

vitamins - like clockwork!

water - working on it

exercise - in meetings all day.  Maybe a bit of time on the recumbent bike tonight
