WHAT DAY IS IT!!!!  It's HUMPDAY  and I survived my FOURTH Half Marathon.  It was hot, I was tired, I was 20lbs heavier then last year, it was my slowest time, BUT I FINISHED AND LAPPED ANYONE WHO HAS EVER WANTED TO DO IT BUT IS AFRAID TO START!!  I sit here almost 7 years post WLS accomplishing things I've always wanted to do but were afraid (or THOUGHT) I couldn't do.  Get out you OWN way and accomplish your goals!!

Hi Ms. Shell, congrats on your accomplishment!!!!  I'm so proud of you!!!!

I am not a runner and I never will be.  Even if I liked it, I'm too clumsy.  I'd trip over my own feet!  But sometimes I am runninng late taking my daughter to school.  Both my kids attend different schools and start at the same time.  I'm not allowed to drop my son off earlier than a certain time so I'm on a major time crunch to get my daughter to her school.  I have to park on the street and walk.  In some cases, we run like today.  Poor little Bella, tripped and scraped her knee really bad.  I had to ask her teacher if I could stay to clean her knee up.  I felt soooo bad that I made Bella run and even when she tripped, I still made her run to class because I didnt want to be late (we werent late so that was good) but my poor baby.  (**edited to say that I didnt notice how bad the scrape was and Bella said she was ok to keep running so I didnt force her but still & the scrape was minimal) I felt so guilty for making her run in her pink shoes.  BAD MAMA I AM!!!!

My dad told me to not feel so bad since kids trip all the time but I couldn't help it.

Anyhoodie, here goes!

B: Small Chicken leg, some steak and a little more mango salsa (I was hungry this morning!)

L: Chicken Chili

S: Protein Bar (I know but I'm sane with my eating at the moment with these)
