I hope everyone is having a great day.  I just got home from a great one!  My son and I met a friend and went to the farmers market.  Then we made 'breakfast' (at lunch time).  Then I went for a great workout and took my son to the outdoor pool at the gym.  Now I just need to CHILL!

I also just booked a consultation with my plastic surgeon of choice (right now).  I'll be going to Vegas to meet him in a couple of weeks.  I'm pretty excited!!!

Onto the food :)

LL - crustless quiche & sweet potatoes (wicked late lunch)

D - chicken cordon blue & bacon brussel sprouts

I'm lazy so I'm just going to copy/paste this from my journal.  

I had my voice recital today. I don't feel great about it. But I looked good! I wore a dress from Gwynnie Bee and ran out this morning to get a belt to wear with it. I actually got compliments on my outfit! That was spiffy. I'm glad that I'm free from recitals now until December.

Afterward we went to an Indian place that is close to the recital location for a very late lunch/early dinner. I'm feeling super dehydrated and plan to apply myself to my drinks now. I have no idea what's happening with food for the rest of the day due to timing of everything that has happened already.  

I also went to the farmers market this morning and got tasty things. Asparagus, zucchini, cucumber, oregano, parsley, dill, fresh garlic, strawberries, and a snickerdoodle cookie. I'm going to cut the cookie into four pieces and freeze three of them.

One of the things I like about TrendWeight right now is looking at my fat and lean mass charts. It's interesting since my lean mass has stayed relatively stable since post-op, but my fat mass keeps decreasing. That's pretty spiffy and seems like the way it should be!

Hi Stacy! Today was a fun day. I slept in which was lovely, and then I had lunch with my mom, aunt, and cousin. I love seeing them, my cousin lives in Chicago so I don't see her much.

B- syntrax nectar cappuccino

L- 1/2 burger with swiss cheese and a few sweet potato fries (yum!)

D- chicken and a few bites og broccoli

S- popsicle

W- still working on it

V- ditto

E- ehh, does doing laundry count?

Hey there.  Today wasn't much for me.  Had to sleep to prepare for working tonight so that blew 4 hours.  Had to grocery shop so that blew an hour.  Worked out and then did a little reading.  Kids and Husband out of town so it was a little lonely. 

B - Fajita steak and jalapeno cheese

L - Greek yogurt and PB2

D - looks like I won't be eating until about 2 am so no dinner today.
