Aw, thanks!  

I did something to my back right before Christmas (like december 23rd) and did a month of physical therapy right before surgery.  I felt okay after that but then I think the combination of losing weight, increased exercise, and sleeping funny caused my back to start hurting again.  I went back to the orthopedist about 4 weeks after surgery and got another prescription for physical therapy.  I just finished that up, but this time my back isn't feeling better :(  So it was back to the orthopedist yesterday and I've got an MRI scheduled for next week.  Hopefully that will shed some light on things and point me in the right direction.  It's frustrating. :(

Bad night, restless sleep, nightmares, don't know what is going on.

L: 1/3 cup of mac n cheese
D: grilled chicken maybe, if not I don't know

vitamins: none
exercise: off day

B- bluebonnet chocolate whey protein powder with coffee

L- 2.5 oz. of 90% hamburger with ketchup

    slice of cauliflower pizza crust with turkey pepperoni, tomato slice, olive, red onion, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses

D- 3.5 oz. of grilled Cornish hen with a bite of Kale

S- 1 cup of Arctic Zero Protein Ice Cream

     Cappucino with a bit of 2% milk

 

Vits and Water are a done deal.
