Hello everyone!!!  I've been mia but still on the grind.  My 4th Half Marathon is on Sunday...woot woot!!  I leave on the Amtrak tomorrow to San Diego my refrigerator is minimal since I won't be bac****il Monday night.  I do plan on taking my lunch/dinner with me tomorrow.  Meals are questionable Sun/Mon but I plan to be mindful.

B:  Coffee w/benefiber
S:  Salmon Spread w/cucumbers
L:  Taco Salad (ground beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, avocado)
S:  I dunno
D:  I dunno

Water:  6/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Yoga

This week has flown by and I can't believe that's it's Friday already.  What is everyone doing this weekend?

B: coffee and milk (not really all that hungry in the morning).

L: "taco's, well seasoned meat with veggies stuffed into lettuce cups with tomato, avocado, cheese, and lite sour cream

D: liver and onions

Snacks: green borscht served cold with lite sour cream and half a hard boiled egg, red cabbage slow, and/or stuffed tomato

It's likely that I will have a glass of wine later tonight when we go out.

Should of packed it last night,  but, time got away and it was sleep time.  But..  I did it this am.. I know the scales are going to go clunk tomorrow at WW.. :)

Coffee

1st..: 2 eggs.. slice of cheese and 1 slice of smoked turkey

3rd.. broccoli salad with 3oz of tuna

How was the weekend in LA last weekend?  This weekend I'm headed down to San Diego Saturday, Half Marathon on Sunday, coming home on Monday.  I'm lounging around the pool etc for the weekend, pre and post race!!

E - 3 mile run & yoga (I landed hard on my hip last night at hockey - it is wicked sore.  I am hoping I am still able to run today...)

I'm not sure what's on the menu for lunch.  I decided to ask one of my friends at work to go to lunch.  Luckily she had a VSG too so we will probably be good, lol!

B: more beef (I cannot believe I am not sick of it yet.  It's made with love so that might have something to do with it

I don't usually have a snack between these 2 meals since lunch is fairly early around 11:30am

L: not sure yet

S: not sure yet

D: not sure yet, maybe some italian sausage veggie soup again
