Since I started back doing Atkinsish...I put 2 tsp in my coffee everyday.  When needed if I don't go daily I'll take a 250mg stool softener and if I don't go the NEXT day I'll drink some milk of magnesia.  I haven't had to go to step 3 in awhile.

Holiday weekend. Yipee. I'll be on stage 2 foods after sleeve last Monday. Yogurt and cream soups, I can't wait. Really.

Exercise: baby steps walking

2nd protein shake of day: check

I don't post these too often, but I've been having a good day today .  It's the first day of a 4-day weekend for me!

B:  scrambled egg and sausage

L:  leftover ribs

D:  pulled pork (I've been cooking it and smelling it all day!)

S:  turkey pepperoni & some nuts

Water:  good!

Vitamins:  oops 

Exercise:  an hour at the gym doing treadmill, weights, and a little heavy bag work.  Nice relaxing 1-mile walk with the dogs in the evening.
