I'm so glad it's Friday. I've done 9 exercise activities this week and my butt is kicked. I'm looking forward to the weekend and, even better, my massage on Monday.
1: frankenshake
2: 3 pieces sushi (I only have one meal of sushi left and I will be sad when it is finished.)
3: simple roasted prime rib w/ horseradish cream sauce w/ grilled cabbage with bacon
4: Froyo protein popsicle or maybe the dilled bean salad I made for the guys to have with their burgers last night.
Water and vites: on track and hopefully I'll manage to get my last batch in today!
Exercise: 1 hour tai chi, 1 hour pilates, 1 hour on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.8 miles
