TGIF TGIF TGIF!!!  If you are off the weekend then by golly you made it!!  We have arrived!!  If you aren't, well ummm, you probably didn't come in on Monday so we square =)

S:  Coffee w/fiber
L:  Stuffed Bell Pepper
S:  GoGurt (Almond Milk & Carbmaster Yogurt)
D:  Rump Roast; Salad

Water:  6/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise: Rest Day woot woot

I am going to Hollywood!!! Whoo Hoo!! Okay, it might not be so fun if you consider that I am driving for six hours with two kids.  :)

B: two eggs and onions

L: trout with lemon

D: tandoori chicken

Snacks: roasted beat salad ( a bit high in carbs, but I love it and it works out when looked at in moderation), grilled red pepper stuffed with feta, basil, tomato

Hi Ms. Shell, TGIF!!!

John, my dad & I are having lunch with my son at school today for Grandparents/VIP day. The little man wants Chik-Fil-A.  :)

B: just iced coffee so far 

L: Grilled Chicken Nuggets w/ buffalo sauce 

S: not sure?

D: leftover beef ribs & garlic green beans

I'm so glad it's Friday.  I've done 9 exercise activities this week and my butt is kicked.  I'm looking forward to the weekend and, even better, my massage on Monday.  

1: frankenshake
2: 3 pieces sushi (I only have one meal of sushi left and I will be sad when it is finished.)
3: simple roasted prime rib w/ horseradish cream sauce w/ grilled cabbage with bacon
4: Froyo protein popsicle or maybe the dilled bean salad I made for the guys to have with their burgers last night.

Water and vites: on track and hopefully I'll manage to get my last batch in today!
Exercise: 1 hour tai chi, 1 hour pilates, 1 hour on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.8 miles
