I am glad too!!  It's almost the holiday weekend.  Today is my Friday.  Tomorrow is a ME day. Cut/Color, pedi, dog walking and what ever else I want to do!

I have not made much progress with operation Onderland. I only dropped .8 so far this week. Have 6 more to go.

B- crustless quesh   - coffee with creamer.  - I know bad but I just can not give it up.

S - Light & fit GY

L - Lean ground beef with caramelized onions with 1/4 cup salad.

S - celery with peanut butter 

D - same as lunch

W - on track

V - on track

X - long dog walk and then dog agility class.
