Breakfast - ham and roasted zucchini
Lunch - balsamic chicken and roasted cauliflower
Dinner - lamb and green beans
Snack - cucumber salad
vitamins - done
water - good
exercise - done
Its been hard sticking to the plan the last couple days. I just want to eat all the time. I made a cucumber and yogurt salad for snacking on. Its low cal, low carb, but I hate to get in the habit of snacking. Hopefully, this too shall pass.

Yay Wednesday. I'm already ready for the weekend.
1: frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 5t collagen, 1t creatine)
2: 3 pieces of sushi. YUM.
3: simple roasted prime rib w/ horseradish cream sauce w/ grilled cabbage with bacon
4: Froyo protein popsicle (I made more today!)
Water and vites: on track
Exercise: 60 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.79 miles. I did the last 10 minutes at 3mph! My best walk yet. I've also got an hour of physical therapy.
