Forgiveness Formula

Thank you for the post.  I have really done a lot of forgiving of others.  However, I still struggle with forgiveness for a few things I have done which I find unforgivable. Working with my therapist on this.  I know logically that I did the best I could at the time, but it doesn't connect with my heart.  A tough one.  So glad you are finding some relief from your suffering.  

This is great.  I am saving it for my sister who is going through a very hard time trying to get past our childhood. Hopefully she will see some truths in it.
